Partners who help build the institution, not merely fund an activity
Deuka requires partners because no single organisation possesses all the knowledge, legitimacy, capital and capability needed to build a new form of community institution.
The term founding partner is intentional. It describes institutions and people willing to help answer the underlying institutional questions, accept learning and uncertainty, and contribute to something that should eventually become larger than any founder.
Provide patient funding for institutional design, capability, shared assets, evidence and transfer – not permanent operational dependence.
Bring executive sponsorship, operating geographies, markets, logistics, technology, finance, service design or domain expertise.
Offer patient capital, relationships, stewardship and long-horizon commitment beyond annual project cycles.
Co-design research, test claims, document learning and protect methodological integrity.
Build federated, privacy-respecting and interoperable tools that strengthen local institutions.
Bring legitimacy, local knowledge, leadership and existing relationships.
Align Deuka with rights, services, local governance and lawful public systems.
Deepen the civilisational inquiry while protecting plurality and freedom of conscience.
Before accepting a partnership, Deuka should ask whether the partner’s incentives, time horizon, data requirements, branding expectations and control conditions are compatible with community ownership.
Founding partnership principle |
The company, foundation, university or family may build the bridge. It should not own the destination. |
