How to read this document
The first four parts establish the civilisational and institutional case for Deuka. The next five parts describe its architecture, economic capability, technology, governance and research logic. The final four parts define its global orientation, founding phase, partnership philosophy and public invitation.
The document deliberately excludes a fictionalised description of ‘life inside Deuka’. Deuka should be understood through institutional clarity, operating principles and evidence rather than through an imagined lifestyle narrative.
